Suprema D® 

25-Hydroxyl Cholecalciferol (also called 25-Hydroxyvitamin D3 or Calcifediol) is an endogenous vitamin D metabolite produced naturally in the liver of animals through the hydroxylation of vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol). 25-Hydroxyvitamin D3, which increases calcium and phosphorus uptake in the intestine, is the main circulating form of Vitamin D3 in the blood stream before it is converted to Calcitriol, the final bioactive hormonal form of Vitamin D3 in the kidneys.

Suprema-D is a feed additive form of 25-Hydroxyvitamin D3 that is stable under feed processing conditions and derived from 100% plant-derived raw materials. It is formulated especially for young and breeding animals to be used in applications in multivitamin and mineral premixes and complete feeds. It is also useful for animals in the growth phase. Multiple animal studies show that Suprema-D (25-Hydroxyvitamin D3) is 3 to 5 times more bioavailable than standard Vitamin D3.
